1、The original dynamic homing system makes use of the speed difference between the conveying speed and the stopper, and pushes the paper to the front stopper, and the side is synchronously positioned with the side stopper, so that the two sheets can be accurately positioned during the process. The whole machine adopts timing belt transmission, which is maintenance-free, low noise and high efficiency.

3、Shaking type collecting mechanism: It can loosen the overlapped products first and then push them neatly to ensure a neat and smooth collecting. E-type supporting board and high-speed lifting device can quickly and easily pull out the finished products and increase work efficiency.

4、With the E-shaped double notch design, the paper to be pasted can be pushed into the pallet for use, and the paper replenishment is convenient and quick.

5、The rotation speed and the length of the pressing paper are electrically adjusted, and the conversion is convenient.

6. Under the control of the gluing wheels and adjusting wheel on the high-precision coating mechanism, the minimum coating amount can be adjusted to about 0.08mm. Automatic liquid level control: It can precisely adjust the coating amount according to the paper demand to ensure uniform coating.

7. Convenient paper separator: It can immediately separate the paper from the gluing wheel, which is also convenient for disassembly, cleaning and adjustment. Gluing wheel side stopper mechanism: the exquisite wheel side stopper can scrape the glue on the side of the wheel back into the wheel, so that the high-speed running wheel side will not overflow with glue, and it can also adjust the rapid return of the glue to achieve the purpose of recycling.

8. The PLC computer control system is adopted, which can monitor and display the running status of the machine in real time.
