1.Automatic paper feeder

· High reliability paper feed adopts linear slide rail composition, fast feeding speed, no matter the size of the paper can be closely delivered. 

· Sensitive electromechanical double - tension side detector, when more than3 one sheet of paper through, feeding automatically stops.

2.Paper delivery embossing department

· Paper delivery structure, maximum mechanical speed of 8000 pieces/hour. 

· Embossing and coating roller adopts precision grinding treatment, by dynamic balance adjustment, accurate size. 

· Blanket cylinder has quickly clamp blanket and plate substrate, plate change, plate fast and convenient.

3.Multi-functional coater

· Equipped with ceramic anilox roller with circulating varnish supply and enclosed chamber (doctor blade) system.

· Configuration 2: Dual-roller differential-speed multi-functional coating heads. It delivers flat, uniform, precise and glossy oil film

4.UV. drying and curing equipment

· UV. The drying equipment adopts three UV lights , which can quickly cure and dry UV varnish. 

· Adopt teflon conveying belt to make paper drying, the whole distance bottom7 air suction, low working noise, high speed, high efficient curing effect and simple maintenance. 

· Equipped with full /half light conversion, UV leakage protection device to ensure the safety of operating staff.
