Adopting a leading edge paper feeding system.
1) Leading edge paper feeding, increasing fan flow, maintaining accuracy during high-speed and
low-speed paper feeding, with a minimum paper feeding width of 380mm.
2) Segmental adjustment of airflow and cardboard size.
3) By positioning the front baffle, it reduces paper feeding errors and improves the accuracy of
paper feeding, printing, and die-cutting.
4) The left and right side baffle motors control left and right movement.
5) The rear cardboard holder motor controls forward and backward movement.
6) Manually adjust the gap between the front cardboard.
7) Comes with continuous and spaced paper feeding functions. (You can choose continuous or

Paper feeding upper and lower rollers
1) Upper roller; The outer diameter of the steel pipe is 155mm, and the surface is wrapped with
wear-resistant nitrile rubber.
2) Lower roller: The surface of the paper feeding roller with an outer diameter of 155mm is
embossed and plated with hard chromium.
3) The gap adjustment of the paper feeding pressure roller adopts a self-locking structure,
with an adjustment range of 0-12mm.
4) The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts a rolling cross coupling transmission
to reduce wear and make the transmission more balanced.
Rubber cushion roller
1) Adopting a 1:900 crankshaft rotating and reversing 30mm floating transverse structure.
2) The outer diameter of the rubber cushion roller is φ 389mm.
3) The rubber cushion roller is made of high-quality steel, with a ground surface and hard
chrome plating.
4) Balance correction to increase operational stability.
5) The thickness of the rubber pad is 8mm, and the width is 250mm.
6) The gap adjustment between the rubber cushion roller and the knife mold roller adopts a
