QSS-300 program control three knife trimmer is an intelligent 2 in 1 book three knife trimmer produced by our company. It adopts full servo control, high  reliability and efficiency, and is flexible in changing edition when cutting. It is suitable for cutting large quantities of double copy books and double copy notebooks. If necessary, the cutting mode of single copy can be set easily on the touch screen for cutting. The adjustment is convenient and fast.

1. Set the required cutting size on the touch screen, the machine can automatically adjust the cutting size of the two side knives and the cutting size of the front knife, and automatically lock (Note: the set cutting size can be marked with the name and save function, so that the next time the size is used, it can be quickly called out for use).

2. According to the cutting size set on the touch screen, the mechanical book setter of the machine will also realize automatic adjustment (note: this function does not require manual adjustment, greatly improving the safety guarantee and adjustment speed of the operator), patent protection.

3. Equipped with anti back cracking device. (It is effective to cut books and periodicals with side knife more than 150mm).

4. The cutting blade of the machine is equipped with a safety protection function (Note: when the cutting blade is not sharp, the machine will be stopped for protection and prompted on the touch screen. 11. The machine is equipped with an air supply pressure detection system. When the air pressure cannot reach the required air supply pressure, the machine will stop running and will be prompted on the touch screen.
