1. Feeding section
1.1 High speed and strength 4-suck-4 forwarder feeder, the angle of the nozzle can be adjusted according to the paper condition, it ensure that the thin thick and corrugated paper can be fed smoothly.
1.2 Both side blower device, make sure the paper can be separated and the paper be fed smoothly.
1.3 Wall plate for feeder is cast iron, stable and fit for high speed running.
1.4 Electro mechanical double sheet detector can reduce the waste.
1.5 Both side lay can be used both for pull and push function, equipped with opto-electronic sensor.
1.6 The press roller and the brush wheels can be integrated adjusted, improve the efficiency.
1.7 Anti-worn PU press roller.
1.8 Non-stop feeding device.
2. Die cutting section:
2.1 The pressing section is made of high strength cast iron QT500, has high strength and never deform.
2.2 Special processed alloy crankshaft.
2.3 Extra anti worn worm and worm gear.
2.4 Pneumatic clutch, and imported rotary joint.
2.5 Oil pressure and air pressure alarm system, protect the machine.
2.6 High accuracy cam box, equipped with synchronized belt and torque overload controller.
2.7 Chase detector, increase the running accuracy; pneumatic chase lock device, electrical pressure adjustment, and convenient chase turning device.
2.8 Hi hardness die cutting plate(HRC50-53).
2.9 Imported pre-stretched gripper chain, increase the accuracy and stability, special side positioning.
3. Delivery section:
3.1 Automatic aligning device, double side blower device makes sure the thin and thick paper can be delivered neatly.
3.2 The touch screen at the delivery section indicate the running condition, the operations can be done on it.
3.3 There is a control panel at the delivery section, more convenient for operation.
3.4 The opto-electronic sensor at the delivery section can make sure the delivery smooth and neat.
