The fully automatic flute laminating machine is mainly used to laminate linerboards to the flutes of corrugated board or laminate one cardboard to another cardboard with adhesive. The suitable corrugated flute patterns include A, B, C, E and F flute. This automatic flute laminator is designed with auto suction feeding system for both top linerboards and bottom corrugated boards. It is really an ideal choice for producing high end packaging boxes.
1,The feeding system can lead the sheet accurately into the machine; the circular paper stacker can stack the next batch of sheet with non-stopping which can make our work more efficient.
2,The bottom sheet adopts automatic suction feeding system which can automatic synchronous tracking according to the main machine operating speed.
3,With front gauge registration,the high positioning accuracy make sure top sheet and bottom can joint accurately.
4,The whole machine adopts touch-screen /PLC/servo motor control system, stable circuit system ,automatic display of fault alarm.
5,Automatic glue replenishing system which can automatically replenishing the lost amount of glue.Equipped with the glue recycling can avoid glue loss and waste.
6,Roller design ensures no overflow at high speed and the amount of glue is even at the same time.
7,Pressure rollers adopt unilateral adjustment which is convenient and fast.
8,The rocker controls wash roller’s fluctuation which can wash rollers easily and fast.
