The HQJ-1400D Sheeter Machine is suitable to convert jumbo rolls to sheets,specially cutting and slitting 30-450 gsm cardboard paper,craft paper,coated paper,laminated craft paper,self adhesive paper.It is suitable for A4 paper,food packaging business,printing industry.

1.The machine adopts servo motor,frequency controlling speed.PLC Control System,including automatic tension control,automatic counting,setting cutting size,automatic stop by setting time&number and other many functions.

2.Unwinding jumbo roll part use automatic air shaft(3/6 inch,optional) or shaft-less(3/6 inch,optional)

3.Unwinding jumbo roll part adopts EPC system,automatic correcting web material position and keeping high cutting precision.

4.Machine shelf adopt casting steel,guillotine knife use heavy casting structure,traction rollers use static balance processing aluminum rollers.

5.Automatic stacking&trimming finished sheets,using two stage motors to convey sheets forward.Workers easily take the finished products out.
