Automatic Hardcover Macking Machine (R21)
With the characteristics of intelligence, high speed and easy operation, it is mainly applied to packaging, books and other industries, and is widely used in the packaging of cell phones, electronics, electrical appliances, cosmetics, food, clothing, footwear, tobacco and wine.
1) Non-stop surface paper feeder
2) Non-stop board feeder
3) 360°rotating four-station mechanism (station 1 to finish cardboard conveying, station 2 to finish face paper gluing and cardboard alignment lamination, station 3 to finish long edge wrapping of the shell, station 4 to finish short edge wrapping of the shell).
4) It can do long and short edge shaped cover.
5) Adopt motion controller and servo control to achieve remote data monitoring, fault detection (when the machine is out of order, the software system will notify the after-sales service personnel in real time), and software update functions.
6) Quickly access the factory ERP system. Production data, fault data, etc. can be imported into the system.
7) Safety shield designed according to European CE standard, which is more beautiful, safer and more humanized.
8）Remote control of hot glue system: you only need to download the mobile APP, through the WIFI link, can accurately time delay switch, and can control multiple people and wechat, but also can provide state feedback, free control anytime and anywhere, make the production more intelligent.
