KT-DG is automatic paper molding equipment, has the advantages of high speed, convenient operation etc. This machine adopts built-in hot air generator, suitable for single PE coated paper.  
KT-DG operates through a continuous process that includes automatic paper feeding, heating (with a built-in hot air generator), thermoforming (sealing the several corners of the container), automatic counting and collection, and microcomputer control. It is designed to produce single-compartment disposable paper containers, such as lunch boxes and food packaging boxes.
Servo motor controls the taking and collecting of boxes, which is more stable, faster and more durable.
KT-DG currently operates at a maximum speed of 50 times per minute. It features automated monitoring systems for feeding, paper loading, forming, and collection. In the fault the machine will automatically stop and alarming.
